Boutique studios present a particular profile: smaller groups, often older or post-injury clients, frequently on an upper floor of a building with a narrow staircase. The incidents are usually minor, but the access problem is real and it is worth solving before it matters.
Access is the detail most studios overlook
If a client cannot walk down, how does a stretcher get out of your studio? Many studios sit on first or second floors with tight stairwells and no lift. Under a contract we survey the access in advance, decide what equipment is needed — a carry chair rather than a stretcher, for instance — and our crews arrive knowing the answer rather than working it out under pressure.
What the contract covers
- A committed response time to your address.
- Crews briefed on your building's access before they are ever called.
- Basic first-aid and life-support training for instructors.
- Cover for workshops, retreats and special events.
- Fixed monthly pricing sized for a smaller facility.
Sized for small businesses
A studio with two instructors does not need — and should not be sold — the cover a large gym chain needs. We size the contract to the facility. For many studios the greatest value is the instructor training and the access survey rather than the response time itself, and we will tell you that honestly rather than selling you more than you need.
Reassurance for clients
Studios often work with clients recovering from injury, pregnant clients and older clients. Being able to say that emergency cover is arranged and that instructors are trained is a genuine reassurance for exactly the people most likely to ask.
